Your strength is measured by your capacity to be back on track
I feel honored to have the chance to share my knowledge with tree generations of entrepreneurs. Let me introduce myself. As you could see on my social profile my name is Bruner Noziere, AKA Mister B, a Haitian-Canadian dude who enjoys traveling laid down near Atlantic beaches and music. I guess I have musical genes in my blood that why I enjoy life so much. Immigrate is life business journey like all entrepreneur might understand. It takes courage, vision, and audacity full of hope. I start my business journey in the poorest economic and culturally rich country of the hemisphere. I learn quickly that business is not for an apprentice. Because you have to learn fast and fail fast. Many business opportunities collapse after years because of lack of vision.
Your strength is measured by your capacity to be back on track.
Since I put my feet on my new fatherland, I started to build my network and participated in many business ventures and adventures. Most of them I considered like blessings from God. Because it takes more than chances to do so or have a big account to participate in tree different continents meeting experts, exchanges to learn the best business practice to launch a business. I’ve nominated two times entrepreneurs and received recognition from university’s faculty and be congratulated for my work in the entrepreneurship sphere. I have been launching many businesses which failed for many reasons. But the learning curve worth millions. Because I used in my present businesses right night to create more values. From my business firm BRUNER to our last fintech startup NETDOLLAR.
In people eyes, it looks success and trophies. But I humbly believe any dedicated person with a clean vision will do better than me. So I would like to share a few tips on how I did it.
When 2016 my business partner and I we decided to build a new acceleration program to elevate the business level and education of people in the community. Unfortunately, people with a lack of ethic values came to crash what we build for years & month for their personal interest and acquaintance. After coaching and mentoring twenty entrepreneurs and a dozen young kids. We move to the next level. As Mrs. Obama used to say when they go low, we go high!
Today as I’m writing this column, we have more business knocking at the door than before. I turn this unfortunate situation to create a new coaching service to coach young and startup entrepreneur. The key ingredient we keep it for the last. Because every failure can become a path for a success if you see the big picture.
I’m very happy to impact other people’s lives with my experiences. Either in coaching, mentoring or teaching business in high schools, colleges, and incubators. I do believe we need to change the way we prepare this generation to start their startup business with the best practice. Now governments put entrepreneurship in school as a topic to teach. I do believe only entrepreneurs can teach entrepreneurs. That was my 10 cents. But the job is huge enough to be part of it. So feel free to join this movement and get ready to shape the next generation of entrepreneurs.
